#87 Heidi's Story, Mama's Making a Difference
In 2015, Heidi Totten embarked on a life-changing humanitarian trip to Kenya that opened her eyes to the challenges families faced in achieving self-reliance.
Heidi received the inspiration to create a foundation called, 100 Humanitarians. She had no idea what was to come from this, but followed that inspiration and started a FB Group.
As she continued to ask the question, “How can I help?” The answers came.
Listen in, and learn how she discovered the idea of vertical gardens, and how now, 10 years later, they are helping hundreds of thousands of families in more than 14 countries, to be healthier, more self reliant, and have financial means of providing education, housing, and so much more!
